1. Cancellation Policy

At okbuy.shop, customers can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled, but customers may choose to reject it at the Pickup Point.

The time window for cancellations varies by product category and is specified on the product page or order confirmation page. Orders cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed. In some cases, a cancellation fee may be charged if the order is canceled after the specified time window.

If an order is canceled by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

okbuy.shop reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation of any order and to modify the cancellation terms and fees at any time.

2. Returns Policy

Our returns policy is provided by the respective sellers, who offer exchange, replacement, and/or refund options. The return policies may vary by product category, and the policy on the product page takes precedence over the general returns policy.

Toys, Stationary, Musical Instruments	7 days for replacement only if defective/damaged or different from ordered.
Non-Returnable Items (e.g., Wind Instruments)	Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless delivered in defective/damaged condition.
Mobiles, Electronics, Small Home Appliances	7 days for replacement only if defective/damaged or different from ordered.
Large Appliances	7 days for service center replacement/repair only.
No Questions Asked	10 days for refund or replacement.
Refurbished Items	7 days for replacement only if defective/damaged.

3. Returns Pick-Up and Processing

• For returns where item(s) need to be picked up from a different address, the address can be changed only if the pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked for:

  • Correct Product: IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ bar code should match, and MRP tag should be intact and clearly visible.
  • Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combos should be present.
  • Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals.
  • Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
  • Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging/box should be undamaged.

4. General Rules for a Successful Return

• In cases where the seller cannot process a replacement, a refund will be given.
• For missing/damaged/defective product accessories, the seller may process a replacement or issue a voucher equivalent to the price of the accessory.
• For open box deliveries, if a different or damaged product is received, a refund will be given immediately for cash-on-delivery orders. After accepting an open box delivery, no return requests will be processed except for manufacturing defects.
• For products requiring installation, do not open the packaging yourself. Authorized personnel will assist in unboxing and installation.
• For Furniture, service personnel will attempt to resolve issues by replacing faulty parts. Full replacement is provided only if the issue cannot be resolved by replacing parts.

okbuy.shop reserves the right to restrict the number of returns per order unit after evaluation by an authorized representative.
