2. Shipping Process

• Order Processing Time

  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Method

  We ship all products exclusively to Pickup Points. We discourage direct home delivery. However, you can order direct home delivery on some extra shipping charges.

• Pickup Points

  During the checkout process, you will be able to select a Pickup Point that is most convenient for you. A comprehensive list of available Pickup Points will be provided.

• Notification

  Once your order is shipped to the selected Pickup Point, you will receive a notification via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp with details on how and when to pick up your order.

• Order Pickup

  Customers are required to present a valid ID and their mobile (with WhatsApp) for order confirmation receipt when picking up their orders from the Pickup Point. Please ensure you pick up your order within 2 days of receiving the notification. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.

3. Shipping Fees

Pickup Point Shipping - We offer FREE shipping to the selected Pickup Point location.

Standard Home Shipping - We offer competitive shipping rates which will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the Pickup Point location and will be displayed at checkout. Generally, delivery to Pickup Points takes 3-7 business days from the order date.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
